Job Specification:-

· 2-3 experience resource in Core Java, Servlets, Struts, EJB, Oracle, Shell Scripting.

· Knowledge and working experience in well known Web server & app server.

· Should have a very good communication and documentation skill.

· Open to diversify his skill set and willing to work on technology like Spring, JSF, SOA, MQ and MF.

Job description:-

The Application Production Support Analyst is responsible for the following:

· Managing daily assigned incident tickets

o Perform initial analysis of the assigned ticket and/or work with Production Support On Call for final analysis if needed.

o Coordinate with Product/Fulfillment to review the analysis and determine which release this ticket will be deployed or work with product to schedule the ticket out of cycle with appropriate approvals

· Managing Sev1, Sev2 and High Sev3 Incidents

· Responsible for working with projects from an Application Production Support Analysis Role. This will includes requirements review, supporting documentation is provided, assist with the operational readiness and turn over to the rest of the team.

· Responsible for development for Sev 1, Sev 2 and high Sev 3 coding changes for certain incidents which will not be part of a scheduled release.

· Propose suggestions to improve stability, reliability and availability of services

· Simulate the incidence on a lower environment and come up with proper analysis and possible resolution or any alternate approach.
