Senior Software Engineer 

Minimum of 4 yrs and has in depth knowledge of software engineering utilizing web based or object oriented technologies. Working with other team members from the beginning of the product cycle through release, software engineers design and implement sophisticated products using the latest and most advanced engineering technologies in the industry. Individuals will have good trouble shooting skills, and have experience with large-scale distributed system environments. 
• Will design, create, and test programs and modify programs for introduction into production. 
• Support changes and enhancements from initial development through production deployment. 
• Develop new systems and programs as required by the customer to include both upgrades and new releases. 
• Handle special projects as required to completion. 
Technology skills required - .Net 3.5, WCF, WPF, Silverlight, SQL server 

Team Lead: 

Minimum 7-10 years of active development / design experience in Microsoft Technologies, with 1-2 years of experience in a "Team Lead" role. 
• Experience in Analysis/Design and Developing applications and frameworks using Microsoft Technologies 
• Proficient with WPF, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, XAML, Silver light, WCF, WF 
• Strong on Object Oriented Programming Concepts 
• Experience in UML and Visual modeling tools like Erwin, Rational Rose, Visio 
• Proficient with Design Patterns. 
Keen on learning new/latest technologies. 
Must Exercise responsibility towards project and team. 
• Experience with database design and development 
• User Interface Development including extensive experience with front end technologies including HTML, XML, XSL, scripting languages like Javascript, VBScript etc. 
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written 
• Strong analytical skills

Overall 5 + years of SDLC, design, develop and testing Artifacts using Microsoft Technologies such as Share Point , Asp.Net, C#. Develop architecture and implementation plan for the MOSS 2007/2010. Involve in Configuration Management Activities throughout the project. Development of complex and sophisticated solutions utilizing MS SharePoint Server 2007/2010, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and Visual Studio as well as various other .NET components. Design of solutions that leverage out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality. Development of custom SharePoint-based components, web parts, Nintex workflows, features, and templates. Working with lead development group to design SharePoint solutions that satisfy business requirements. Integration of SharePoint components with legacy systems, creation and consumption of Web Services in SharePoint solutions.

    Java J2EE -  Developer / Sr. Developers  (3 - 8 years)

 

Java 1.5/1.6, Struts 1.x / 2.x, Spring (Core / MVC / Batch/ Web Service), Web Services (SOAP, RESTful) , Hibernate 3.x, 2.x, HTML/CSS , JQuery, EXTJS, YUI, JavaScript, JUnit

PL/SQL - Stored procedures / Triggers, Basic SQL, Joins – Oracle / Sybase

UNIX / Linux – Operational / Shell Scripting

 TIBCO BW Developers (3-7 years)

Strong experience with TIBCO EMS. Hands on experience with TIBCO BW development. Strong implementation experience of web services and XML. Strong experience with TIBCO EMS. Hands on experience with TIBCO BW development. Strong implementation experience of web services and XML.

 

Pega Developers ( 2 years + )

Strong experience with PRPC V5.1 and above

Should have experience with Pega Systems BPM, Business Rules Engine Products.

Experience with Supporting modules – CPM, SD, Smart Investigate, Research Manager etc.

Should have experience with Full life cycle of Pega implementation.

Experience with integration and integrating PRPC with back end systems/ Database tech.

PM/Scrum Master ( 9 - 12 years )

Strong experience with Project Management skills including but not limited to People Management, Writing SOWs/SLAs, Financial Management, Budgeting, risk management, project timelines etc.

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology – project planning, Daily stand up meets, reviews, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum related meetings and tracking.

Strong client handling/interaction skills.

Good Microsoft background experience (MUST).

Good exposure with business analysis skills.
