 Looking for 2009 / 2010 BE / BTech / MCA freshers.

 

 


Desired Candidate Profile

 Candidates MUST meet  ALL of the following criteria :



1. Candidates MUST have graduated in 2009 / 2010



2. B.E., B.Tech or MCA graduates are ONLY eligible to participate



3. Candidates MUST have 60% and above (from 10th onwards) in academics



4. Candidates MUST not have any gaps in education



5. B.E. / B.Tech candidates MUST have graduated in the following streams - Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunications and Instrumentation.



ONLY candidates meeting the above listed criteria need to participate in the drive.

 

Knowledge of C & C++ or Java or .net is mandatory

 

Suitable candidates MUST carry the following to the venue:



A. One (1) hard copy of resume duly signed by the candidate



B. Two (2) passport size photo



C. MUST bring either a blue OR black ball point pen

  • Thorough understanding of internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, etc.)
  • Experience applying software design patterns
  • Experience with unit testing (preferably utilizing Test Driven Development) and tools
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices such as software refactoring
  • Self-starter / demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong debugging and problem resolution skills
  • Experience using industry standard software development tools (IDE / Version Control / Continuous Integration)
  • Good leader and team player

Responsibilities :
  • Perform high quality software analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance for the client's core technology platform
  • Be able to self-organize and work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision
  • Bring a broad skill set utilizing disparate technologies and best practices to the team
  • Be highly adaptable and able to quickly ramp-up on emerging technologies, industry practices and processes

Selection Process:

Pre screening discussion followed by  three rounds of Technical discussion with the customer.


Referral Fee

This C++ Referral campaign will qualify for additional  referral fee of 20% over and above the ongoing CSC India Referral Policy.  This would be paid for on boarding 3 candidates and above by the referrer.   This scheme is valid till 31st March 2011.
