Overall 5 + years of SDLC, design, develop and testing Artifacts using Microsoft Technologies such as Share Point , Asp.Net, C#. Develop architecture and implementation plan for the MOSS 2007/2010. Involve in Configuration Management Activities throughout the project. Development of complex and sophisticated solutions utilizing MS SharePoint Server 2007/2010, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and Visual Studio as well as various other .NET components. Design of solutions that leverage out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality. Development of custom SharePoint-based components, web parts, Nintex workflows, features, and templates. Working with lead development group to design SharePoint solutions that satisfy business requirements. Integration of SharePoint components with legacy systems, creation and consumption of Web Services in SharePoint solutions.

    Java J2EE -  Developer / Sr. Developers  (3 - 8 years)

Desirable Skills

Pega Developers ( 2 years + )

Strong experience with PRPC V5.1 and above

Should have experience with Pega Systems BPM, Business Rules Engine Products.

Experience with Supporting modules – CPM, SD, Smart Investigate, Research Manager etc.

Should have experience with Full life cycle of Pega implementation.

Experience with integration and integrating PRPC with back end systems/ Database tech.

PM/Scrum Master ( 9 - 12 years )

Strong experience with Project Management skills including but not limited to People Management, Writing SOWs/SLAs, Financial Management, Budgeting, risk management, project timelines etc.

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology – project planning, Daily stand up meets, reviews, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum related meetings and tracking.

Strong client handling/interaction skills.

Good Microsoft background experience (MUST).

Good exposure with business analysis skills.
