Experience 3 +years

Tools – Sound knowledge of QTP and Quality Center

Additional Skills – XML and insurance domain.

Manual Requirements:

3 + years experience in Software Testing with experience of working on large projects/ programmes in a team of  4 or more testers

*       Able to use Quality Centre for logging requirements, writing/ executing scripts and managing defects

*       Demonstrable knowledge of the software development lifecycle

*       Test analysis & design; Test script preparation & execution; Reviews

Basic SQL skills (ability to query Oracle data using e.g. SQLDeveloper)

*       Good exposure to Web Services testing and test tools , e.g. SOAP UI

*       Specific experience of Web technology testing

*       Experience of using standard Detailed Business Requirements and Design documents and also more agile Use Case document; gathering system requirements from more technical documents.

*       Previous experience of generating 'request' xml files and collating output from 'response' xml files.

*       Experience of testing insurance products (Commercial) is preferred
