Skills and Prerequisites:
An Experience resource with (2 – 3 years experience) having Good knowledge in Dot Net, and C#(C-Sharp), XML
Knowledge on SNMP & Remoting will be added advantage.
Should have the basic understandings of RDBMS.
The Resource would be required to perform some basic support activities like in-depth analysis, bug fixing, do code changes and enhancements wherever Necessary,
The Resource would be required to talk to Client directly, understanding their issues and thereon provide solutions within the stipulated time.

Automation Test Engineer – STE (5 Positions)
Skills and Prerequisites:
Sr. Test engineer with 4-6 years of experience should have experience in the following areas:
Awareness of test process and test methodologies
Experience on manual testing - Functional analysis of the requirements, test case development, execution and defect reporting
Experience in QTP (3+ years) and QC (min 1 year)
Programming skills in VBScript
Exposure to automation framework
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required for interaction internally and externally

Test Lead (2 Positions)
Skills and Prerequisites:
4 to 6 Years of solid experience in Software testing.
Should be capable of handling a team size of 3 to 5 at least for 2 years for at least 2 to 3 difference projects ( Manual & Automation Projects) of various technologies.
Should have good knowledge in SDLC / STLC models
Good technical skill ( DB Concepts, knowledge of application architecture ( Client/Server, Web, Mainframe etc, software programming skill, awareness of current / future technologies )
Hands on experience in Preparation of test plan/ strategy document that includes test schedule.
Good communication skill is must and should be able to handle customer calls independently.
Good Attitude (+ve thinking, listening to others)
Hands on experience / knowledge on various Quality metrics.
Qualifications Preferred
BE / MCA / Bsc.Computer Science / Any graduation with GNIIT/ Diploma in Computer Science / MCP / MSTE certification.

§ Should possess min of 2 - 8 years experience in creating relevant, engaging, and interactive content for e-learning projects in the capacity of Instructional Designer.
§ Should have experience in writing and reviewing for CBTs, WBTs, ILTs, and Online courses.
§ Sound knowledge of instructional design models and techniques (Blooms Taxonomy, Gagne's 9 events) and experience in audience analysis; task analysis; instructional objectives analysis; structure and information mapping; assessment creation.
§ Good collaborator, should able to efficiently interact and communicate with SMEs and vendors.
§ Should be able to handle client calls and all client communication.
§ Should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Technical Writer/Senior Technical Writer (4 Positions)
Position Summary:
The Technical Writer writes and edits hardcopy and online documentation, online help, web content, and training materials for customers using a variety of tools. The writer interviews client subject-matter experts, attends project meetings, works closely with team members, manages his/her project hours, and is responsible for the quality of his/her own work.
Experience:
- Min 3+ years experience as a technical writer
- Experience in writing, programming or using ERP software (Desirable)
- Previous job experience in a high-technology industry highly desirable
- Proficiency with industry-standard computers and applications, specifically MS Word.
Senior Web Developer/Team Lead (2 Positions)
· Should possess about 6+ years relevant experience in elearning course development and rich media development using Flash/Flex/Silverli ght etc.
· Should've have expert level experience in AS2 and AS3 programming
· Should've architected and self created the elearning course framework, templates using various entities like audio, video, XML, streaming, database connectivity, integration of Flash with any of the languages/tools like PHP/ASP/JSP etc.
· Ability to learn new/upcoming technologies rapidly and create prototypes as required
· Device and develop solutions on standards (SCORM, AICC, W3C, Accessibility/ 508) based on the client/project requirements
· Be a mentor to the subordinates on technical issues, knowledge transfer and solutions assistance
· Ability to lead a team of developers
· Lead internal/external technical communications on projects
· Technical / Code review for team members in ensuring the deliverables are completed to a high level of quality and standards
