QA Manager
Min Experience: 6+ Years
Place of Work: Pune
Skill Sets:
• Should have sound knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes.
• Should have good experience in overall software development cycle.
• Hands on with QA testing on web as well as client server software projects.
• Should have good communication skills and should be able to lead QA team.
• Should be able to communicate with customers to understand the requirements and should be able to communicate project status to customer.
• Well experienced in audits / assessments, process improvements
• Mentor and train team members in concepts and technologies
