We would like to speak to you regarding openings in our Engineering 
Team. Details are mentioned below. There are multiple openings 
against this position. 

Education: BE/BTech/MTech from IIT/REC/BITS or any premier institute.
Skill Set: Java/J2EE 

Positions: Sr. Software Engineer/Individual Contributor
Exp: 4 - 12 yrs.
Location: Bangalore
Requirement: 

Required:
- 5 years of Java programming experience.
- 2 years experience with at least one major Database platform, e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2.
- Must have very good/expert experience with SQL
- Strong understanding of database concepts
- Experience with SQL+, database tools like DBVisualizer, Toad, SQL Loader
- Design and implementation of enterprise software components.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. 
- Experience working in a Unix environment

Preferred:
- Experience with XML 
- Experience with multiple database platforms.
- High-volume data movement techniques
- Data modeling.
- Design patterns, Data/Class diagrams and UML.
- Knowledge of utilities and scripting (ANT, JavaScript, Shell) 
- Source Control systems (e.g. CVS, Perforce, Subversion).
- ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- SQL tuning skills
- Writing and configuring automated regression tests (e.g. junit)
