Job Description â€"

*Understand the requirement in details & participate in requirement clarification session.
* Will work with the local team and coordinate with onsite counterparts for delivery reasons.
* Participate in requirement clarification session
* Provide the appropriate solution/design for the given requirement
* Escalate the issues before hand the following points are only work directions and not supervisory role
* Review the work products of the peers. (Use case, design documents, code and Test cases)
* Responsible for communication and co-coordinating with Team lead
* Help the Tech lead in identifying and maintaining all the project related issues/documents
* Identifies, analyzes and applies information and business practices according to the coding guidelines, processes like CMMI and ISO

Experience
* 2-8 years of overall experience in developing medium-high complexity applications
Qualification
* Core Java * JSP, Servlets * Hibernate/SQLJ
* Spring
* XML and its parsing
* UML & Object Oriented Design concepts
* Writing JUnits
* Web Services
* Message queuing concepts using JMS
* RIA using Adobe Flex * Struts* Working with Agile teams using Scrum
* Professional Degree (B.E. / MCA) * Desirable : Certifications in SCJP, SCWCD or higher

Technology Exposure :

Languages: C, Java , SQL, XML, HTML
Web Technologies / frameworks: J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, EJB, JSF, JSTL, Web Services
Testing framework: JUnit
Tools: RAD , Eclipse, Net beans, JDeveloper
Application Server: Tomcat, Websphere
Database: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2

Work Exposure:

Development / Maintenance of web applications using Java / JEE technologies and web frameworks listed above.
Should be involved in Requirements gathering, designing, coding and unit testing of code.
