My company is looking for Java Developers with 0-4Yrs Exp.
Process:
1)Written (may not be for Exp)
2)F2F Interview ( 2-4 rounds) (may be telephonic also)
Must possess good programming skills(mandatory). Good understanding of Java,sql.
Struts & Hibernate Knowledge will be plus.
