Position : QA Lead
Experience : 6 - 8 years
Job Location : Bangalore

Requirement :

Required Skills:

6+ Years of Experience in Engineering team and at least 2 years as QA Lead.
Experience in test plans, writing / executing Test cases, use cases to capture all possible test scenarios.
Exposure to Java web based applications is an advantage
Attention to Detail and Commitment to Quality Work.
Exposure to Defect tracking, Test Tracking and Automation.
Familiarity with Software Development and testing methodologies
Experience in performing load / performance test.
Very good experience in tools such as Load Runner, Badboy etc.,

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Quality of the software product / project.
Preparation of test plans, test cases, test scripts, Automation of test cases using Mercury QTP / Load Runner / Silk performer, Execution of various manual and automated tests (including functional, regression, load, performance etc.).
Analyzing test results, investigating problems to the detailed design level and providing solutions to these problems.
Recording and managing defects, Designing, implementing, using and improving tools used for automated testing and other business improvement.
Ability to assign priority to bugs and work with developers to get the critical fixes into the builds / releases.
Browser and server side test automation
Experience in any Process / Work Flow management solutions is an added advantage
Experience in any Java based process / workflow management solutions like jBPM is an added advantage.


Qualification - Engineering B.Tech / MCA / MBA / MSC / BSC / BCA
