I am looking for a technical Recruiter with about 4-6 years of total
experience to be based at Bangalore.

custom, mission-critical software applications. They create game
changing results for their clients through the automation of complex,
enterprise-wide, multi-stakeholder business processes. They partner
with the customers to solve their business problems and have committed
to a strategy of deep customer relationships.



Broadly, the person be shall be involved with



§  Assisting Manager elicit requirements from the hiring unit

§  Work with Manager to prepare sourcing plan

§  Executing the sourcing plan

§  Involvement in screening of resumes and/or supervising the same

§  Overseeing the Recruitment event scheduling and organizing process
with the team

§  Facilitating and supervising the interview process

§  Validate and review interview assessments with regards to fitment,
compensation etc

§  Engage with candidates as a single point of contact

§  Manage data and MIS on the Recruitment statistics



The key requirement here is that this person should be willing to
night shifts – Europe timings. A night shift allowance and drop off
facility is all included.
