- Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, XHTML, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Web 2.0, W3C standards
- Knowledge of different browsers and CSS rendering (IE 6, IE 7, IE 8, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari), Knowledge of display devices and CSS rendering, Standard compliant codes and coding structures, Validate XHTML/CSS, Usability Processes and Accessibility

- Technical management of all stages of the User Experience Design (UxD) process

- Thorough understanding and implementation of various UCD activities
- Creating and maintaining UI Bug loggers, Accessibility testing tools, UI Templating, working with client's Style-guide specifications.
- Sound know-how on HTML, HTML 5, CSS2.0, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript
- Tools for analysis of web logs, User observation, User analysis etc
