Eligibility Criteria:

Regular (BCA/BSC (c/sc) OR BE/B Tech(Any Stream) ) With Minimum 60% Marks

Only 2010 & 2011 Pass outs are eligible
Candidates with 3 months to 6 months (VOICE/SEMI VOICE BPO)EXP can also apply.

Interview Registration time will be between 9:30 am to 10:30 am on 18th Feb 2012

Candidates can directly walk in for the interview process if they meet the eligibility criteria.

No Standing Arrears.

Candidates from Arts background (Eg : BA;B.COM – will not be eligible)

Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts (Cab Facility provided) & willing to sign a bond for two years as per corporate norms.

Selection Process : Initial screening, Written Test, Technical discussion, HR Interview.

Job Description:

• Manage Stand Alone Shifts during weekdays and weekend shifts ensuring timely completion of e-mails and voice responses
• Sharing of Process Knowledge with the team and enhancing process documents (Procedures, SOP's, Escalation. etc)
• Responsible for Fulfillment and Ticket Follow Up to reduce Customer Complaints
• Work Allocation for e-mail responses

Mandatory : Fluency in English.

Preferred :

Knowledge on Networking concepts.
Exposure to ITIL framework.
Call handling experience – Added Advantage.
Candidates with MCSE/CCNA certifications preferred.
Candidates should come in formals.
