We are hiring for L&D Professionals for our client a Leading MNC for the below mentioned position.

Location - India - Bangalore

Client - Leading MNC

Desired Profile -

Desired skills: Good Experience towards L & D - Behavioral Programs interventions, Organisation Development & Talent Management from a reputed organisation with 6 + years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Knowledge of HR/L&D/Organizational Psychology
Knowledge of various alternative methods of deploying organizational learning (Blended learning, elearning, experiential learning, virtual learning, action learning)
Proficiency in Learning Management System (Plateau , Saba or Sumtotal)
Knowledge of basic business concepts and metrics
Facilitation skills
Conduct a thorough learning needs analysis across the organisation
Propose learning interventions to address skill/competency gaps - through internal/external consultants
Design, develop and rollout learning interventions in line with the above requirement in consultation with BUs
Create SLAs/metrics for measuring impact of proposed interventions
Design and Manage online learning management system - learning needs, history, catalog, competency profiles, succession plan, knowledge forumetc.
Ensure smooth rollout/delivery of learning interventions. (feedback 4+ on selected metrics)
Ensure optimal utilization of workshops, costs (Minimum 85% utilization)
Communicate intervention success metrics to respective stake holders (leadership team)
Suggest inputs for learning team's and BU learning budget every year
Vendor identification, negotiations and management
Maintain L & D intranet site

Education & Experience:

1. Relevant experience in heading L & D / Training Development for the organisation for about 6 + years.
2. 8-12 years of experience in L & D/Organisation Learning strategy and management. Should have had exposure to Leadership development, Talent management, Competency management, assessment and development centres, etc.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities
4. Self-starter with strong conviction levels
5. MBA from a reputed business school
