- Must have experience in working in Singapore Government projects 

- Should have handled large multi-year / multi-million Systems Integration projects 

- Team sizes : 80-100 

- Should have the experience of managing multiple projects across different clients 

- Should have technical background (J2EE preferred) 

- Strong customer facing skills
