Hands on experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Adapters, .Net, SQL Server, XML, Web Services, TIBCO iProcess, SSO Programming, TIBCO iProcess Designer, TIBCO iProcess Modeler and Data Mapping.. Expertise in XML including XML Architecting. Strong client interaction and team handling skills.  TIBCO BW & Iprocess Developers/ Leads (5- 8 years) (Offshore/Onsite) Hands on experience with Tibco Iprocess Strong experience with Iprocess modeler, Iprocess designer, SSO programming. Strong experience with Tibco BW, EMS, Adapters, Webservices and XML.  J2EE Architects (9+ years)  Architect, design, develop & implement framework and application software components using Enterprise Java technologies and SOA /EAI Architecture.
