Candidate should be having excellent Education Qualification as well as excellent knowledge in Algorithms, Data structure, OOPS concepts. Apart from that guy should be having excellent object oriented design skills, leading & managing multi-engineer projects, problem solving, puzzle solving abilities.

Technology is not an issue. Experience in Internet application/ web based application will be plus.
