Job Level Details:
Develops, directs, and assists in the preparation of moderately complex computer solutions in the maintenance and modification of new and currently used programs. Develops new programs of basic to moderate complexity. Performs modeling, simulations, and analysis. Prepares program test data, tests and debugs programs. Documents all procedures.
" Overall 4+ years of relevant experience on following:
*Java/J2EE/XML
* Must be able to provide L3 production/applicat ion support and would be carrying pager
* Expertise in Unix /shell scripting, ANT
*Micorsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
*Excellent written/verbal communication
*Analytical/ troubleshooting skills
The candidate is expected to provide L3 production support & CSG Support
Functions under L3 Support:
*Support of EBS applications in production
*Participate in the rotation of 24X7 production support of the application and the deployment of new production builds
*Work with our technical support counterparts to develop automated solutions for monitoring our application and developing alerts for application issues
*Perform data analysis to isolate opportunities for application enhancements
*Develop and maintain scripts for daily maintenance, reporting, data research
Functions under Client Support Group:
*Project and Release Point Person for Testing and Production
*Communicate POI Testing schedules to ECBS Project Teams
*Participate in External Project Testing Meetings
*Provide Status Reporting to External Project Test Coordinators/ Project Management
*Manage Production support Mailbox Tickets for ECBS
*Coordinate and Manage SLAs"
