J2EE Developer Strong fundamentals in Core Programming, JDBC, Object Oriented design & design patterns Hands-on strong experience on J2EE ( Hibernate, Struts, Spring,Swing and Ajax) Should have knowledge on Oracle PL SQL Experience/Awarenes s in high level and low level design using UML & Design Patterns Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach (with JUnit is a big plus) Requirement 2. DotNet Developer Strong fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design, .NET Concepts Strong Experience on C# programming, ASP.NET,  SQL Server 2005 Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach (with MbUnit is a big plus) Experience/Awarenes s in high level and low level design using UML & Design Patterns Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach (with JUnit is a big plus)
