In an effort to promote gender diversity at Ness India, we plan to hire fresh engineering graduates (Women candidates) across our offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

 

To achieve this we are launching a targeted Referral Program for you to refer your friends/ acquaintances to work with you, as colleagues at Ness Technologies.

 

Please note that this referral drive is for WOMEN candidates, Batch of 2010 Graduates only.

 

The details of the position are given below:

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BE (Comp Science)/ MCA, Batch of 2010 from Tier II Colleges

    Minimum aggregate 60% marks at all levels (10^th, 12^th and Graduation)

 

REFERRAL BONUS (per candidate): Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand only)

                                 In order for you to qualify for the referral bonus, it is mandatory that your referee provides your official email id at the time of applying – xyz@ness.com

SELECTION PROCESS:

-       Technical Test

-       Technical Interview

-       HR Interview

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This referral drive ends on 15th June 2010.
2. Please note that this referral drive is for WOMEN candidates only.
3. Please DO NOT refer experienced candidates or anyone who doesn't qualify as per above parameters.
4. Multiple applications from same candidate would result in disqualification
5. The HR team will not be eligible for the employee referral bonus under this drive.
