Urgently looking for Testing profiles with IBS - Integrated Billing System for a Norway based Opening.

1.1 Role descriptions
1.1.1 Tester
• Test and follow the test plan in Quality Center and test procedures according to Telenor Broadcast requirements.
• Participate in updating test cases and test data together with key recourses in the project, system analyst and Customer centre recourses.
• Being self driven in the test phase and cooperate well with the team in order to fulfil the end to end testing among available test resources from Telenor Broadcast and Canal Digital in such a way that all planned tests are covered and defects recorded in Quality center according to Telenor Broadcast standard and routines.
• Report status to Test manager and record defects according to Telenor Broadcast procedures and routines.
• Other project work/tasks might be assigned to a tester, depending on qualifications and overall workload in the project.
• Contact with 3rd parties in some cases in order to maintain an interface required for testing.

1.1.2 Other qualifications
• Good experience with customer care and billing systems and testing.
• Good experience with web based applications and bank systems.
• Experience with CRM systems/applications
• Good knowledge of Quality center
• Windows expert and good knowledge of TCP/IP
• Technical base knowledge in order to cooperate with 3rd party systems when needed.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL
• Knowledge of CA Unicenter
1.1.3 Personal qualifications

It will be considered advantageous to have experience with:
• Large, complex organizations
• Integration projects
• Television, internet or telecoms subscription-based services
• ITIL Incident and Problem management
• Telenor project methodology

Generally, testing will take place in Oslo (Fornebu), but travelling a few times per year to call
centres can be expected.
