This is a unique opportunity to play a major role in a new-generation geospatial organization. The position requires you to work closely and partner with senior management and functional Business Partners to drive a staffing function with the overall goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent.
You will be an exceptional leader and people manager, and a hands-on recruiter who will be required to develop strong relationships internally and externally, working collaboratively with the other functional and regional heads. The position is based in Bangalore, India
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hiring practices to fit Magnasoft's culture.
- Develop and execute leading-edge methods (traditional and non-traditional) to attract diverse talent – senior management / executive recruitment and mass hiring project based.
- Assess and improve current processes including screening, interviewing, and offer approvals. Work towards successful and efficient hiring
- Hire, mentor, and lead direct report recruitment teams. Understand and participate in growth strategies and plans of Magnasoft to provide strategic inputs on Talent Management and Acquisition.
- Deliver on target staffing plans for executives on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Partner closely with India leadership team to ensure headcount and hiring activity is current all the time.
Requirements:
- MBA degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- At least 7- 10 years of broad management experience with hands-on recruitment expertise.
- Demonstrated personal accountability, integrity, credibility, and a role model for others.
- Strong intellect with analytical bias. Flexible but tenacious.
- Great communicator with an inclusive, open, and non-political management style.
- Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding.
- Creative and conceptual, but able to deliver operationally
