Designation: Manager (MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA , AUTOMOTIVE, NASHIK)

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Location: Nashik. Long term will be Chennai. In about a years time.

Education: B.E/Btech Mechanical/Automobi le Enginering/Diploma

Industry: Automotive/ OEM

Area: Product Development

Department: Product Planning- Customer Insight

JOB PURPOSE:

-To represent marketing function in product planning cell, in terms of
facilitating customer connect , conceptualization & articulation of
Product – Market definition

- Will help the company to remain competitive in the context of several
new products introduction.

Key Result Areas
1) Plan and facilitate Customer inputs by means of Quantitative &
qualitative surveys.
2) Concept development of New platforms & variants in existing and
forthcoming product range to ensure competitiveness by doing systematic
analysis and finding gaps of competitive product position.
3) Initiate Competitive intelligence tracking process with respect to
the new and existing products.
4) COE for customer related data within product development by
conducting regular surveys.
5) To lead price value decision to ensure that the pricing is in line
with customer value.
6) One of the key drivers in the concepts to business case process to
have the market intelligence about the new product we plan to have as
per the market trends.
