Qualification( s)/ Certification( s)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engg. Or other technical degree
• Master's degree preferred
• Microsoft Certification preferred
Summary of Skills and Experience
• Around 2-7 years of experience in developing & designing web applications in .Net technology
• Software Architecture/ Design highly preferred
• Framework 3.5 Experience is a must
• WCF, AJAX, Workflow Foundation, Linq (at least 3 out of these 4)
• Multi-threading, Event handling, Garbage Collection, Exception Handling
• Web Services, XML, IIS
• Knowledge/experienc e in framework 2.0, 3.0 preferred. SOA, SaaS
• Design Patterns, OOPS, Software Engg best practices
• Websphere Application Server Experience
• Experience in architecting/ designing/ leading at 2 medium/large scale projects
• At least 2 years of experience in Lead developer capacity is a must
• Database-SQL Server, Database-SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Integration Services
• Experience creating DB Schema, writing stored procedures;
Indexes, triggers, views
• Excellent communication skills; team player; ability to work under minimum supervision. These soft skills are a must.
• The candidate must be comfortable communicating directly with clients in a coherent and lucid manner
• Ability to lead/work on multiple projects with strict adherence to constraints and deadlines
Responsibilities
• Developing & designing web applications/ web services
• Creating a database schema/writing stored procedures.
• Creating, designing and generating reports.
• Communicating with clients to work on the business problem
• Multi-tasking between various projects.
• Leading a team of developers
• Working on various aspects of SDLC across multiple projects simultaneously; maintaining time, resource, manpower, cost constraints
