Team Lead - Java, Tomcat and/or SQL DB for a leading Telecom/Data Communication US based company starting-up in Singapore

I'm looking for a Team Lead - Java, Tomcat and/or SQL DB for a leading US based Telecom-Data Communication company that is starting it's operations in Singapore and looking to hire their Core Technical Team.

Job duties include: leads and manages a small to medium R&D team, provides guidance and architecture design of Telecom/Communication Software stems, interface to remote HQ R&D office for product/marketing requirement reviews, project and staff management.

• BS EE/CS. MS preferred
• 10+ years software development experience in telecom or data communication industry. Knowledge of service provider's backend systems is a strong plus
• Java, Tomcat and/or SQL DB development experience is desired.
• 3+ years software application development management experience is a must. Strong communication software system knowledge with emphasis on high-demand, high-throuput real-time systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb organization and time management ability. Be able to handle multi-tasking and quick turn- around time from multi-customers requests.
