• Sound experience on any one language Ruby, Java or PHP.
• Experience on "N tier architecture" .
• Experience on MVC Framework.
• Strong front end skills with AJAX, HTML, CSS
  
• Excellent knowledge in Algorithms, Data Structure, OOPS and SDLC and Database Design.
• Excellent problem solving, and analytics abilities
  
• Desirable: Preferred back ground should be from a product development company.
