1. iLOG BRMS admins/developers -
    Experience in iLOG BRMS (Business rules) with a background of any web technology (J2EE/.NET/PHP).
    Min experience 1 year

2. Client Consultants -
    MBA/BBA/BE/BTECH/MCA
    Good in understanding requirements & collecting requirements.
    Good in written skills & documenting requirements.
    Monitoring/tracking work progress & time lines.
    Good in clarifying requirements to developers discussing with client.
    Good in providing solutions to business problems.

3. Web Technology Developers -
    Major experience in .NET web technology and well-versed in ASP.NET, Crystal reports, ADO.NET, AJAX     etc
    Basic knowledge in other web technologies (J2EE and PHP) is an advantage.
    Good communication skills and writing documents clear.
    Expected experience 1 year or more.

4. Adobe ActionScript
    Good in developing interactive & dynamic animations.
    Min exp : 1 year pr more OR Freshers trained in animations using actionscript
