We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Business Development Executive to join the team. Perafel is an international HR Recruitment Services organisation providing specialist contractors and permanent placements to our clients across Australia and South East Asia.


We are seeking talented Recruitment Consultants / Business Development Executives that have previous experience in winning business. This role is purely business development and dealing with clients, negotiating terms and developing relationships.

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Establishing contact with new customers, promoting the company, negotiating and closing business contracts
• Achieving challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships


Necessary skills and requirements:

• 2 years proven sales and business development experience within the technical sectors
• Able to demonstrate a strong track record of target achievements and excellent industry contacts
• High level negotiation skills and the ability to present to some of the most senior decision makers
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial acumen
